Description

A simple and delicious recipe for baked cod fillets seasoned with garlic, lemon, and oregano.


Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Place thawed cod fillets in the baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, and an extra drizzle of olive oil. Stir well.
