Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen Spinach (Thawed and drained)
  • 1 cup Artichoke Hearts (Chopped)
  • 1 cup Cream Cheese (Softened)
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 package Puff Pastry (Thawed)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into squares.
  3. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each pastry square. Fold the corners over the filling and pinch to seal.
  4. Place the assembled bites in a greased muffin tin and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
