- 1 cup Frozen Spinach (Thawed and drained)
- 1 cup Artichoke Hearts (Chopped)
- 1 cup Cream Cheese (Softened)
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 cloves Garlic (Minced)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 package Puff Pastry (Thawed)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each pastry square. Fold the corners over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the assembled bites in a greased muffin tin and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
