Description

Delicious and crispy pepperoni pizza chips, perfect for snacking!


Ingredients

  • 32 slices pepperoni
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the pepperoni slices on the baking sheet in a single layer, leaving a little space between each slice.
  3. Sprinkle a small mound of shredded mozzarella over each pepperoni slice, then top with a light sprinkle of grated Parmesan.
  4. Season the tops with Italian seasoning and garlic powder, then add crushed red pepper flakes if you like a bit of heat.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbling, and the edges are golden and crisp.
  6. Remove the pan from the oven and let the pizza chips cool on the tray for 5 minutes so they can firm up.
  7. Gently loosen each chip with a spatula and transfer to a serving plate or wire rack.
  8. Warm the pizza sauce or marinara and serve it on the side for dipping. Enjoy while the pizza chips are still warm and crispy.
