- 32 slices pepperoni
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara, for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the pepperoni slices on the baking sheet in a single layer, leaving a little space between each slice.
- Sprinkle a small mound of shredded mozzarella over each pepperoni slice, then top with a light sprinkle of grated Parmesan.
- Season the tops with Italian seasoning and garlic powder, then add crushed red pepper flakes if you like a bit of heat.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbling, and the edges are golden and crisp.
- Remove the pan from the oven and let the pizza chips cool on the tray for 5 minutes so they can firm up.
- Gently loosen each chip with a spatula and transfer to a serving plate or wire rack.
- Warm the pizza sauce or marinara and serve it on the side for dipping. Enjoy while the pizza chips are still warm and crispy.
