A delicious and moist banana bread made with peanut butter.

- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, peanut butter, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve.
Notes
- Make sure the bananas are ripe for the best flavor.
- This bread can be stored at room temperature for a few days or in the refrigerator for up to a week.
