- 2 cups Oreo Cookies (crushed)
- 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
- 2 cups Whipped Cream
- 1 box Cake Mix (chocolate)
- 3 large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Butter (melted)
- 1 cup Milk (whole milk for best flavor)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C), and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, melted butter, eggs, and milk. Mix until well combined and the batter is smooth.
- Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies, being careful not to overmix.
- Pour the cake batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center.
- While the cake is baking, in a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese and whipped cream until fluffy and smooth.
- Once the cake has cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top.
- Garnish with additional crushed Oreo cookies as desired. Slice and serve this delicious masterpiece at your next gathering!
