Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Oreo Cookies (crushed)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 2 cups Whipped Cream
  • 1 box Cake Mix (chocolate)
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Butter (melted)
  • 1 cup Milk (whole milk for best flavor)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C), and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, melted butter, eggs, and milk. Mix until well combined and the batter is smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies, being careful not to overmix.
  4. Pour the cake batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center.
  6. While the cake is baking, in a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese and whipped cream until fluffy and smooth.
