Description

A delicious blend of brownies, peanut butter, and cookies topped with a creamy drizzle.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1012 Nutter Butters (broken up into large chunks)
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups heavy cream (or 3 to 4 cups Cool Whip)
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (stir to get smooth before adding to whipping cream/Cool Whip)
  • 2/3 to 1 cup powdered sugar (omit if using Cool Whip)
  • 1/2 cup Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons of heavy cream (optional, to make chocolate more ganache type)
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter (optional, if you want more peanut butter chocolate drizzle)
  • Reese’s Pieces candies

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F degrees.
  2. Prepare brownie batter and pour half into prepared 9×9 baking pan lined with parchment paper, sprayed with non-stick spray.
  3. Add 1/2 of the Nutter Butter cookie chunks to the top of the brownie batter, then layer the rest of the brownie batter on top and spread out.
  4. Add remaining Nutter Butter cookies on top and bake for 35-40 minutes until baked.
  5. Once the brownies are cooled, using mixer, whip the heavy cream until it starts getting peaks. If using Cool Whip, you can skip this step.
  6. Add peanut butter and powdered sugar into the whipped cream and mix until well combined and fluffy.
  7. Pour and spread the peanut butter fluff on top of the brownies. Cover and put in fridge.
  8. Melt the chocolate chips and, if desired, add peanut butter/cream after melted and whisk together until thick and creamy.
  9. Add chocolate mixture to a pastry bag or snip hole in ziplock bag, and drizzle on top of fluff.
  10. Sprinkle mini Reese’s Pieces and serve when ready. Keep refrigerated until use.

Notes

  • This dessert can be made a day ahead for a more flavorful experience.
  • Consider using a mixture of heavy cream and Cool Whip for a lighter topping.
