A creamy and delicious spinach artichoke dip that’s perfect for serving with your favorite dippers.

- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a medium-sized baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the spinach until wilted (about 3 minutes). Remove from heat to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Mix in mozzarella, parmesan, sautéed spinach, artichokes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let it cool slightly before serving with your choice of dippers.
Notes
- Great served with tortilla chips, pita bread, or fresh vegetables.
- Can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
