Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half lengthwise.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  3. Add Brussels sprouts cut-side down, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for 5 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Stir in minced garlic, salt, and pepper; cook for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the sprouts and toss to coat; cook for an additional minute.
