- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 10 oz mini marshmallows
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat until bubbly.
- Add mini marshmallows, stirring continuously until fully melted and smooth (about 4-5 minutes).
- Remove from heat and quickly fold in Rice Krispies until evenly coated.
- Lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish. Pour the mixture into the dish, pressing down firmly with a greased spatula to create an even surface.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
