Instructions

- In another bowl, cream the softened butter until light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar, mixing well.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in milk, lemon juice, and zest until combined.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet until just mixed. Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely before glazing.
