Description

A delicious slow cooker recipe for creamy chicken spaghetti that is easy to prepare and full of flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Chicken Breasts (skinless and boneless)
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles
  • 1 medium Onion (diced)
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic (fresh preferred)
  • 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese (cubed)
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • 8 ounces Spaghetti

Instructions

  1. Begin by finely dicing the onion and mincing the garlic. Cube the cream cheese to enhance its melting capabilities.
  2. In your slow cooker, add the chicken breasts, diced tomatoes with green chiles, cream of chicken and mushroom soups, onion, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Stir well to completely coat the chicken.
  3. Set your slow cooker to high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
  4. Once cooked, carefully remove the chicken from the slow cooker. Shred it using two forks, and return the shredded chicken back into the pot.
  5. Stir in the cubed cream cheese and melt it, then mix in half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Meanwhile, boil the spaghetti until al dente and then mix it into the creamy chicken sauce.
  7. Stir gently to combine and allow to meld together for a few more minutes before serving hot.
