This crispy baked tofu is a delicious and easy snack or meal option. Paired with a sweet and spicy dipping sauce, it’s perfect for any tofu lover!

- 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, pressed
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Sriracha (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drain and press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture. Cut into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, mix cornstarch and garlic powder. Toss the tofu cubes in this mixture until evenly coated.
- Drizzle sesame oil over the coated cubes and mix well. Arrange on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown, adding sesame seeds in the last five minutes.
- For the dipping sauce, mix honey (or maple syrup) with Sriracha in a bowl.

- Ensure tofu is well pressed to achieve maximum crispiness.
- Adjust Sriracha in the dipping sauce according to your spice preference.
