Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (or whole wheat flour)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Add cottage cheese and mix until a sticky dough forms.
  4. Gently fold in shredded mozzarella cheese to combine.
  5. Lightly flour your work surface, turn out the dough, divide into equal pieces, and roll each piece into sticks about six inches long.
  6. Place the breadsticks on the prepared baking sheet, brush lightly with olive oil, and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
