- 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (or whole wheat flour)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt until well combined.
- Add cottage cheese and mix until a sticky dough forms.
- Gently fold in shredded mozzarella cheese to combine.
- Lightly flour your work surface, turn out the dough, divide into equal pieces, and roll each piece into sticks about six inches long.
- Place the breadsticks on the prepared baking sheet, brush lightly with olive oil, and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- These breadsticks can be served with marinara sauce for dipping.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
