Delicious buffalo chicken roll-ups, perfect for a snack or appetizer!

- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing (for drizzling)
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- Optional: celery sticks for serving
Instructions
- Cook chicken in a saucepan over medium heat until fully cooked (15-20 minutes). Shred and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with cream cheese and buffalo sauce until combined. Stir in shredded cheese and green onions.
- Lay tortillas flat and spread filling evenly, leaving an inch around the edges. Roll tightly from one end to another.
- Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to hold shape. Slice into bite-sized pieces.
- Arrange on a platter and drizzle with ranch dressing. Serve with celery sticks.
Notes
- For extra crunch, consider adding chopped celery inside the roll-up.
- Allowing the rolled tortillas to chill helps them hold their shape better.
