Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing (for drizzling)
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • Optional: celery sticks for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken in a saucepan over medium heat until fully cooked (15-20 minutes). Shred and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with cream cheese and buffalo sauce until combined. Stir in shredded cheese and green onions.
  3. Lay tortillas flat and spread filling evenly, leaving an inch around the edges. Roll tightly from one end to another.
  4. Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to hold shape. Slice into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Arrange on a platter and drizzle with ranch dressing. Serve with celery sticks.
