Description

A sweet and tangy glaze perfect for ham.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup apricot jam
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 3 teaspoons lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon cloves

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a saucepan until well incorporated and bring to a boil.
  2. Once it’s boiling, it is done.
  3. Pour over ham and cook until it’s bubbling.
