Description
A delicious and spicy bang bang salmon recipe topped with fresh salsa.
Ingredients

- 1 lb salmon fillets (skinless)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp lime juice (divided)
- 1 cup cucumbers, diced
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet; season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, and 1 tablespoon lime juice until smooth.
- Generously coat each salmon fillet with the bang bang sauce.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- While baking, combine cucumbers, avocado, remaining lime juice, salt, pepper, and cilantro in a bowl for the salsa.
- Serve baked salmon topped with salsa and extra bang bang sauce if desired.
Notes
- For a milder sauce, reduce the amount of sriracha.
- This dish pairs well with rice or a side salad.
