- 1 egg + 1 tbsp water (for egg wash)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water and yeast.
- Cook each pretzel bite for about 30 seconds before placing them on the baking sheet.
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Ensure the water is not too hot as it can kill the yeast.
- For best results, use bread flour for a chewier texture.
