Description

This delicious puff pastry pizza is quick to make and packed with your favorite toppings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet puff pastry dough (thawed)
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil (or melted butter)
  • ½ cup pizza sauce (or pesto)
  • to taste Italian seasoning
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • to taste grated parmesan cheese
  • to taste your toppings (veggies, pepperoni, olives, ham, pineapple)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Place 1 sheet puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment and brush with 2 Tbsp olive oil or butter.
  3. Prick with a fork and sprinkle with parmesan. Bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Press down gently if it puffs too much.
  5. Spread ½ cup pizza sauce over the center, leaving a 1-inch border.
  6. Add 1½ cups shredded mozzarella, toppings, and Italian seasoning.
  7. Bake for 5 minutes until melted.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  • For a crispier crust, bake a few extra minutes.
