Deliciously gooey, garlicky, and cheesy pull-apart rolls that are perfect for any occasion!

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4–5 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Rolls (8 count)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley or chives, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a standard 9-inch round cake pan or pie dish lightly with butter or non-stick spray.
- In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of parsley, and salt. Stir well and set aside.
- Open the crescent roll cans and unroll the dough onto a clean surface, separating it into triangles along the perforated lines.
- Brush each triangle lightly with the prepared garlic butter.
- Sprinkle a small amount of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over each buttered triangle.
- Starting at the wider end, roll each triangle up into a crescent shape.
- Dip the top of each rolled crescent into the remaining garlic butter, then place it in your prepared pan, arranging them in a circle with the points facing inward.
- Pour any remaining garlic butter over the rolls in the pan. Sprinkle the top generously with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the rolls are deep golden brown, the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the dough is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Garnish with additional fresh parsley or chives if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy the gooey, garlicky, cheesy pull-apart goodness!
Notes
- If you like extra garlic flavor, consider adding more minced garlic to the butter mixture.
- This recipe can be adapted with different cheeses to suit your taste.
