Description

Deliciously gooey, garlicky, and cheesy pull-apart rolls that are perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 45 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Rolls (8 count)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley or chives, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a standard 9-inch round cake pan or pie dish lightly with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of parsley, and salt. Stir well and set aside.
  3. Open the crescent roll cans and unroll the dough onto a clean surface, separating it into triangles along the perforated lines.
  4. Brush each triangle lightly with the prepared garlic butter.
  5. Sprinkle a small amount of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over each buttered triangle.
  6. Starting at the wider end, roll each triangle up into a crescent shape.
  7. Dip the top of each rolled crescent into the remaining garlic butter, then place it in your prepared pan, arranging them in a circle with the points facing inward.
  8. Pour any remaining garlic butter over the rolls in the pan. Sprinkle the top generously with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the rolls are deep golden brown, the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the dough is cooked through.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Garnish with additional fresh parsley or chives if desired.
  11. Serve warm and enjoy the gooey, garlicky, cheesy pull-apart goodness!

Notes

  • If you like extra garlic flavor, consider adding more minced garlic to the butter mixture.
