Instructions
- Microwave cream cheese at medium power in 20-second increments until soft but not melted.
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and salsa. Mash with a fork until smooth and well combined.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and top with cheddar cheese and green onion if desired.
- Eat with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggies.
