Description

This creamy chocolate dessert is smooth, rich, and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 hard boiled eggs (peeled)
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup dark cocoa powder
  • whipped topping (optional for serving)
  • shaved dark chocolate (optional for serving)

Instructions

  1. Add the hard boiled eggs, whole milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder to a blender.
  2. Blend for 15 seconds. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the blender.
  3. Blend for another 15 seconds. Scrape down the blender again.
  4. Blend for 40 seconds more, or until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
  5. You can serve it right away, but it tastes best after chilling in the refrigerator until cold, or overnight.
  6. Spoon into serving dishes and top with whipped topping and shaved dark chocolate, if desired.

Notes

  • This dessert is best when chilled for a few hours or overnight.
  • Feel free to adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
