- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeño, minced (optional)

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Filling:
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped cilantro, jalapeño (if using), ground cumin, and garlic powder. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Assemble the Wraps:
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spoon a generous amount of the chicken and cheese mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly to form a wrap.
- Cook the Wraps:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- Serving:
- Remove the wraps from the skillet and let them cool slightly before slicing in half.
- Serve warm with additional sour cream or salsa on the side, if desired.

- For extra crispiness, use a panini press or grill the wraps.
- Add some diced tomatoes or onions for extra flavor and texture.
- Experiment with different cheeses like Monterey Jack or pepper jack for a different taste.
