Description

A refreshing smoothie made with passion fruit juice, strawberries, peaches, mango, and orange sherbet.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup passion fruit juice (see note 1)
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/3 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup orange sherbet (see note 2)
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. To measure the fruit, pack it tightly into a measuring cup.
  2. In a high-powered blender, process all the ingredients in the order they are listed on the recipe card.
  3. Blend until completely smooth and no chunks remain. You may need to stir ingredients a few times between blends.
  4. Divide evenly between 2 cups for full servings, or 4 cups for a treat-size serving, and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Note 1: Adjust the amount of passion fruit juice to taste.
  • Note 2: You can substitute orange sherbet with vanilla ice cream for a different flavor.
