- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup fresh sage leaves

Instructions
- Cook the orzo in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add sage leaves and sauté until crispy (3-4 minutes).
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Combine cooked orzo with the brown butter mixture, tossing gently to coat.
- Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan until melted.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra crispy sage if desired.

- For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes.
