Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Add flour, sugar, oil, and egg to the oat mixture.
- Mix in baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Fill muffin cups with the batter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
