Description

Delicious chocolate dipped pretzel rods decorated with spring sprinkles.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1215 pretzel rods
  • 8 oz chocolate (milk, dark, white, or a mix)
  • spring sprinkles (pastel confetti, jimmies, nonpareils, or a mix)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for thinning white chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour sprinkles into shallow bowls for easy access.
  2. Melt 8 oz chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-30 second bursts, stirring between each until smooth. Add 1 teaspoon coconut oil if using white chocolate.
  3. Tilt the bowl and dip each pretzel rod about halfway into the chocolate. Gently shake off excess.
  4. Place dipped pretzels on the lined sheet and immediately sprinkle with pastel spring mix while chocolate is still wet.
  5. Let set at room temperature about 20 minutes, or refrigerate 10 minutes for a quick set.
